Privacy Policy
Overview
Hypertaks (hypertaks.crimsonriftstudio.com) is an open-source Founder Operating System and developer portal providing canonical skill documentation, host integration guides, and an optional read-only Model Context Protocol (MCP) transport adapter.
Local Agent Persistence
When you run Hypertaks skills or the runtime locally within your AI coding agent (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, OpenHands, Cline, Antigravity, etc.):
- All transaction state, checkpoints, memories, and audit logs are stored strictly on your local filesystem under your approved workspace root (e.g.
.hypertaks-runtime/) or your local Obsidian vault. - Hypertaks does not phone home, transmit telemetry, or send your repository code or prompt content to Crimson Rift Studio servers.
- Secret scanning runs locally before any persistent record is written to prevent credentials from entering local logs.
Remote MCP Adapter
When an MCP client connects to our hosted adapter endpoint at /mcp:
- Read-Only Operations: The remote adapter only serves public skill text, capability routing decisions, and installation hash verification.
- In-Memory Processing: Requests are processed in memory to formulate the JSON-RPC response. No user prompts, code snippets, or conversational data are retained in persistent databases.
- No Account Required: Using the public MCP adapter requires no registration, API keys, or personal identity submission.
Platform Infrastructure Logs
Like virtually all web hosts and edge routing networks (e.g. Vercel), the hosting platform automatically logs standard HTTP connection metadata (such as client IP address, user-agent string, request path, HTTP status code, and timestamp) for security monitoring, abuse detection, and infrastructure reliability. These logs are managed per hosting platform policies and are not sold, rented, or linked to user profiles.

We do not use tracking cookies, behavioral tracking scripts, or third-party marketing pixels on this website.
