1. Software License
The Hypertaks Founder Operating System codebase, skills, runtime packages, and documentation are open-source software licensed under the MIT License. Full source code is available on GitHub.
2. Use of Remote Endpoints
The public remote endpoints (including /mcp, /healthz, and /manifest) are hosted by Crimson Rift Studio to facilitate skill discovery and Model Context Protocol integration:
- Read-Only Guarantee: The hosted remote adapter is strictly read-only and does not modify, create, or delete any files or configurations on user machines.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse, flood, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt denial-of-service attacks against the public endpoints.
- Availability: Public endpoints are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE, SKILLS, DOCUMENTATION, AND HOSTED ENDPOINTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
